Strategic Sourcing - In addition to finding & contracting with the right suppliers, we'll develop strategic plans to focus efforts on developing new products, modifications, and minimizing total delivered costs while achieving simplified replenishment & transactional costs.

Demand Planning - Throughout the value chain, we'll develop collaborative and integrated processes to support sales forecasting, materials planning schedules, production, and replenishment. The goal is obtain maximum flexibility of production planning by assessing & monitoring manufacturing capabilities and capacities so we can provide rapid response to changing customer requirements and market conditions.

Logistics - To plan, implement, and control the efficient, effective flow of goods and related information from the point of origin to consumption, we'll analyze and design processes for order processing, shipment planning, transportation, warehousing, physical inventory control, packaging, and reverse logistics.
